At Poshmer, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, securely, and on time. We strive to ensure that every product reaches you in excellent condition and as quickly as possible.


Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Most orders are dispatched within 24 business hours of placement.

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Dispatch timelines are subject to successful payment authorization.

While we aim for timely dispatch, delays of up to 72 hours may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances at the manufacturing or logistics level.

Order cut-off times are indicative only and do not account for potential payment verification delays.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be redirected to a different address.


Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch:

Within India
  • Metro & Tier 1 / Tier 2 Cities: 3–4 business days

  • Other locations: Up to 7 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 15–18 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, including courier delays or customs processing.

Poshmer is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or force majeure events.


Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping (India)

Standard shipping across India is free of charge.

We partner with reputed courier services including:

  • India Speed Post

Courier selection may vary based on serviceability and location.


International Shipping

Poshmer offers international shipping to selected countries.

  • Only prepaid orders are eligible for international delivery.

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours (Monday–Saturday).

  • Delivery may take up to 15–18 business days depending on destination.


Taxes & Customs Duties (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Packages are marked for personal use.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country must be paid by the customer.

  • Poshmer is not responsible for customs-related charges or delays.

Customers will be notified via email or phone if customs clearance is required.


Shipping & Exchange Guidelines

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are applicable only for damaged or incorrect products.

  • Orders involving self-stitching, customization, or made-to-order modifications are not eligible for return or exchange.

All exchange requests must be submitted through our official support email or Contact Us page.


Important Return Shipping Instructions

  • Do not return any product without receiving official return approval via email from Poshmer Customer Support.

  • Products must be returned in original condition, with original packaging, tags, and invoice intact.

  • The return label provided by our support team must be used.

  • Safe delivery of the returned product to Poshmer’s facility is the customer’s responsibility.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and take appropriate action based on our Return & Exchange Policy.


Policy Applicability

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on the Poshmer website.
In the event of any conflict between product-level policies and this site-wide policy, this Shipping Policy shall prevail.
