What shipping methods are available?

We deliver across India to all serviceable postal addresses.
Please note that courier partners do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Kindly provide a complete street address along with your PIN code to ensure smooth delivery.

DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and other reputed courier services.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 business hours.

Estimated delivery timelines (from date of dispatch):

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Locations: 3–6 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen logistical delays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?

Currently, we do not offer expedited or overnight delivery services.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your order number

  • Order details

  • Payment confirmation

You will receive another email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

How can I track my order?

If you have created an account:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to “My Account”

  3. Select “Order Status”

If you placed an order as a guest, please contact us with your order number, and we will assist you.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Shipping addresses can only be updated before the order is dispatched.

To avoid delivery issues, please ensure your address includes:

  • Complete street address

  • Apartment/Suite/Room number (if applicable)

  • Correct PIN code

  • Active contact number

Once the order is shipped, we are unable to change the address or cancel the order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, creating an account is not mandatory.

However, registering with your email and contact number is recommended for:
