7-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Our Customer Support Team is always available to assist you throughout the process.

Return & Refund Convenience Fee

To cover reverse logistics and handling costs, a small convenience fee will be deducted from the refund amount:

₹100 flat fee for returned goods valued below ₹2,000
5% of the product value for returned goods above ₹2,000

Please Note:

Exchanges are completely free of charge.
The fee applies only to returns (refund requests).

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We request customers to inspect their package immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

A damaged product
A defective item
A wrong product
Incorrect quantity

Please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

For verification purposes, we may require:

An unboxing video recorded while opening the package
Your Order ID
Registered email ID

Failure to provide necessary proof may delay or impact resolution.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before our daily dispatch cut-off time of 11:00 AM on business days.

Key points:

Cancellation requests must be submitted before 11:00 AM on a working day.
Orders dispatched after the cut-off time cannot be cancelled.
For prepaid orders, a 100% refund will be issued only if cancellation is requested before the cut-off time.
Requests received after dispatch will be treated as returns and will be subject to the applicable convenience fee.

Poshmer reserves the right to verify orders before dispatch, which may include verbal or written confirmation.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
All original tags, packaging, labels, and invoice must be intact

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Made-to-Order items
Print-on-Demand products
Rush processing charges
Personalized items
Shipping charges
Tips or message add-ons

Additional Conditions:

Products exchanged once cannot be returned or exchanged again
Replacements are subject to stock availability
Refunds are processed only via bank transfer
Incorrect bank details provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of Poshmer

Return Pickup Process

Once your return request is approved:

Reverse pickup will be arranged within 24 business hours
Courier pickup will be attempted twice
If pickup fails, the customer must self-ship the product to our warehouse

Reverse pickup services are subject to availability at your PIN code.

Refund Timeline

Cancellation Refunds:
Processed within 2–3 business days (if eligible under cancellation policy).

Return Refunds:
Refunds are initiated only after the product is received and successfully passes quality inspection.

Please allow up to 14 days from return initiation for the complete refund process.

Color Variation Disclaimer

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to:

Screen resolution differences
Lighting conditions during photography
Natural variations in fabric dyeing

Such variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Important Guidelines

Do not ship any product without receiving official return approval via email.
Returned products must be sent with the provided return label.
Safe packaging and delivery of the returned item is the customer’s responsibility.
If an incorrect product is returned, action may be taken based on package opening verification footage.
No claims will be accepted if not reported within 7 days of delivery.
